Leg or Hip Compression Therapy uses compressed air to massage your legs, mobilize fluid, and speed recovery. This therapy can be done as a 30, 45, or 60-minute treatment. Using our Speed Hound Leg Recovery System, you will first experience a pre-inflate cycle, during which the connected attachments are molded to your exact body shape. Similar to the kneading and stroking done during a spa and wellness massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release, working its way up your limbs. Linda – Spa Manager and Massage Therapist – Linda Zara retired early to turn a leisure pursuit into a second chapter of her life. She believes sometimes life takes you on a circuitous adventure before you discover your destiny. Her
personal and career experiences helped to develop her skills as a manager and massage therapist. She is a firm believer in the physical and emotional benefits of massage therapy that helps support a healthy body and mind. Linda knows there is no single approach that works for everyone, so she continues to educate herself on emerging therapies and trends to provide the most comprehensive massage experience that works for each of her guest’s individual needs.
Linda has many interests like experimenting in the kitchen with recipes but truly enjoys the great outdoors that is unique to mountain life.
Anna – Massage Therapist – Anna was born and raised in a beautiful mountain region of Poland. Her love of the mountains and nature brought her to
Colorado and she is so fortunate to call it home. She has been practicing massage since 2015. Her motto is: “when I do massage, it is not only body work, it’s also heart work.” The connection of those two always gives clients the best results. As an experienced therapist she will listen to your goals and do everything to achieve them – from simply relaxing to feeling relief from your chronic pains. Her work is her passion as she can’t imagine being at work and not liking what she does. Besides massage, she loves nature, hiking, skiing, water sports and traveling. Her adventurous soul pushes her to discover the world; she has traveled across Europe and the United States and is looking forward to seeing much more of the world. She is passionate about each day. She says “each day is a reason to smile and find something unique.”
Ann – Massage Therapist – Our local Massage Therapist Ann grew up in Silverthorne. She has over 20 years of practice in massage therapy. Ann specializes in Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Swedish, 
Neuromuscular and Sports massage. She has had a great experience as a massage therapist for the “Ride the Rockies, RAGBRAI bike tour and a personal therapist on a private bike tour through New Mexico, Arizona and south Colorado. She has also worked in physical therapy, chiropractic, and spa settings. Ann likes taking walks with her dog “Boomer”, hikes and plays golf in her spare time.
Ben – Massage Therapist – Ben Hornick was born in Denver and raised in the southern suburb, Littleton. Ben quickly knew he wanted to help others and pursued massage therapy after high school, graduating from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2006. Although he did massage the past 15 years, he pursued other career paths including carpenter, inventory manager, property manager, snowboard instructor and teacher. Moving to Dillon, CO in 2019, Ben looked for a boutique spa with a personal touch in Summit County and found the perfect fit at the Mt Royal Spa. Ben combines several modalities including Swedish, Deep
Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, and Russian Sports massage to create a rejuvenating and relaxing experience.
When Ben isn’t working, he enjoys exploring the amazing outdoors of Summit County by hiking with his wife & 3 dogs, snowboarding, mountain biking, and camping with his friends in the trees. Ben also enjoys spending time working on his house and yard while listening to sci-fi and fantasy audiobooks. Ben hopes to extend his travels in the future, having already explored New Zealand, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, England and 43 states. Ben will give you a personal and pampered experience at the Mt Royal Spa.
STACEY – Massage Therapist -Stacey was born and raised in southeastern Idaho in the shadows of the Teton Mountains. She realized early in life that she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. She worked health care jobs such as, long term care, rehabilitation facilities, and home health for most of her adult life.
Her need to help people feel better led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. She graduated from the Rexburg College of Massage therapy in 2014. Her adventurous spirit took her to Breckenridge, Colorado in 2017, working in a small studio where she continued to grow, learning new techniques and skills that have morphed her into the therapist she is today.
In 2018 she moved towards Denver to try out the big city life and worked at the Denver International Airport doing massages. Recently she decided that city life wasn’t for her and is headed back to Summit County where her Colorado adventures began.
She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology and sports massage. In her free time she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
