COVID-19 Policies and Procedures
At the Frisco Inn on Galena, the safety of our employees and our guests are our top priority. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have reviewed our cleaning and sanitation processes to ensure that our protocols reflect guidance from the CDC, state and local health officials.
We have implemented these policies and procedures while maintaining our renowned guest’s experience of “Relax, Reconnect, Recreate and Rejuvenate”
Some of the protocols we are diligently following include sanitized linens & towels, utilizing recommended disinfectants, scheduling some of our amenities by reservation, availability of hand sanitizer stations and more.
Here are the specific precautions and procedures we are doing:
We understand that many of you are vaccinated as are our staff. In the interests of our guest’s and staff’s safety and comfort please adhere to the following:
-Masks recommended in public areas and when moving throughout the Inn if you are un-vaccinated
-Daily staff temperature screenings
-HEPA air filters in public areas
Please practice standard physical distancing practices when possible.
Our food offerings are pre-ordered by you in a very convenient manner so that your Breakfast, Aperitivo or Tapas dinner selections are ready for you at your reservation time.
Our late arrival policy includes no arrivals after 10:30pm unless there are extenuating circumstances that you have pre-arranged with us. You must call us in advance at 970-668-3224 if you will arrive after 10:30pm!!! There is a minimum late arrival fee of $50. Without our advanced approval, a late arrival is not possible.
