What is Aperitivo Time?
A wonderful tradition that you will experience here at our Inn. The aperitivo is a social moment that happens before dinner. It’s the time when you meet up with friends, loved ones or newly found acquaintances, and just sit down and enjoy the ambiance of the dining room or patio. You chat, laugh, relax, all while enjoying a complimentary limoncello and then ordering a glass or two of wine or a Colorado craft beer from our Wine and Beer list and wash the stresses of your day away.
Your aperitivo experience starts from 4:30 pm and continues until 6:30 pm. This is where you can enjoy a cordial, taste some beer or wine, relax among friends or family, and select from the delicious Tapas appetizer buffet our chef has prepared for your enjoyment.
You may continue your aperitivo experience by ordering dinner from our evening menu, which is served in our dining room at the Mt. Royal Bistro or own the patio during the summer months.
